Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of placement of the order.

If you wish to check in late, kindly inform us. In case of amendment, cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
While every effort will be made, you will appreciate that late check out and early check in is subject to availability. As are all arrivals prior to 08 00 hours, which are billed from the
previous night.
Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to 100% penalty will be charged.
In case of no show : no refund. Booking cannot be canceled /modified on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. CHOBS will not be
responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.
